Caramelized Onion Dip from Lauren:

1-2 large sweet onions - diced

2 T butter

1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix

1 16 oz tub of sour cream (light is fine)

Sweat the diced onions over medium low heat in the butter until they are soft. Cool completely. Stir in the soup mix and sour cream. Serve with potato chips, of course!
