buffalo chicken dip.

Buffalo Chicken Dip from Erin:

4 boneless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
12 ounces ranch dressing
12 oz Frank's RedHot sauce
1 cup chopped celery

Mix and heat in saucepan until smooth - pour over chicken - top with shredded mexican cheese - bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve with chips or celery.
