Pizelle from Jocelyn:

6 eggs
3 1/2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup margarine, melted and cooled
4 tsp baking powder
2 T vanilla
Pizelle iron

Beat eggs and sugar well. Add margarine and vanilla. Sift flour and baking powder together, mix into batter. Heat pizelle iron and bake.
