Marshmallow Popcorn from Jocelyn:
Pop 1 1/2 cups unpopped popcorn and set aside.
1 cup karo syrup
1 cup butter
2 1/2 cups brown sugar
3/4 bag mini marshmallows
Bring first three ingredients to a boil, then cook for 1 1/2 minutes. Take off heat then add marshmallows. Stir until marshmallows have melted and pour over your popcorn.
I'm afraid I'm confused on it but really want to make it! It says to bring the first four ingredients to a boil, but then to pour it over the popcorn? Should I pop the popcorn by itself and in a different pot boil the three ingredients and add marshmallows?
