Pear and Poppyseed Salad from Erin:
1 head romaine
2 pears peeled and in chunks
1/2 pkg toasted nuts
1/2 pkg bacon cooked and crumbled
1/2 pkg feta cheese
Dressing:
2 cups sugar
2 tsp salt
2 tsp dry mustard
1 small onion
1 cup red wine vinegar
1 1/2 cup oil
2 tsp poppy seeds
Combine in Blender
Toss dressing with Salad just before serving.
