Greek Pizza from Erin:
2 tsp Italian Seasoning
4 tsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
4 Pita Breads
1 cup Mozzarella
1/2 cup Feta
1 cup Sliced Olives
3 Roma Tomatoes, sliced
add grilled chicken on top if wanted
Mix first 4 ingredients, then brush over pita. Add the rest of the ingredients on top. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes.
